Set up Creatio.ai add-in for Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams

Integrate Microsoft 365 with Creatio

  • For Creatio in the cloud, determine Creatio users who can access the Creatio.ai add-in and fill out the Permitted users expanded list to grant access to authorize Outlook and Teams via authorization code grant. Learn more: Generate OAuth 2.0 client credentials (step 8).

  • For Creatio on-site, complete the full configuration using parameter values listed in the table below. Instructions: Generate OAuth 2.0 client credentials.

As a result, Microsoft 365 will be integrated with Creatio.

Grant consent for users to access the add-in in your organization

Your organization settings might require additional admin consent before users can access the application. In this case, the user will see a consent screen. They need to request access, and this request must be approved by a system administrator.

To approve the use of the app for your organization:

  1. Go to entra.microsoft.com.
  2. Select Enterprise applications in the left panel → Admin consent.
  3. Find the Creatio.ai application in the list and open it.
  4. Click Review permissions and consent at the top of the page, then approve the request.

As a result, all users in your organization will have access to the add-in.
