Creatio Copilot overview
Creatio Copilot is available for beta testing in Creatio version 8.1.5 Quantum to a closed test group. The general public release of the feature is planned in the near future.
Creatio Copilot is an innovative tool powered by generative AI that transforms Creatio cloud and on-site experience into an intelligent and seamless workflow. It acts as copilot, assisting in a variety of ways to enhance productivity and efficiency when you work with Freedom UI pages.
Creatio Copilot redefines user interaction with Creatio Freedom UI, shifting the focus from how to what needs to be achieved. It empowers users to do the following:
- Perform System Actions: Execute system actions within Creatio with ease, streamlining tasks and reducing manual effort.
- Get Data-Driven Answers: Receive comprehensive and accurate answers to questions based on the rich data within the Creatio platform.
- Automate AI-Powered Tasks: Automate repetitive tasks, such as generating descriptions, freeing up valuable time for more strategic endeavors.
- Elevate Productivity: Focus on higher-level tasks and strategic thinking while Creatio Copilot handles the mundane, boosting overall productivity.
- Tackle Complex Challenges: Leverage the power of generative AI and user-defined rules to tackle complex tasks with confidence.
Creatio Copilot empowers users to achieve their goals without writing complex code. Its intuitive no-code interface enables users to describe desired outcomes using simple language, making it accessible to users of all technical backgrounds.
Copilot does not work with graphics and widgets.
To access Copilot, click 
in the top right. You can interact with it using simple language. For example, ask it to translate text or provide an overview of a record page.
Copilot also includes advanced customizable functions called intents. Use intents to enable users to perform a complex task as a single prompt without the need to do everything step by step. Learn more: Develop Copilot intents, Intent development recommendations.
This functionality requires “GenAIFeatures.Copilot” and “SidebarExtensions” features to be turned on. Learn more: Manage an existing additional feature.
Copilot is a paid feature that costs tokens per each request sent.
You can use Copilot in any language, but we recommend using English.
