Leverage the power of Creatio.ai to drastically improve your performance and automate mundane tasks in sales-related activities. You can use plain language in the form of chat conversations to do the following:

  • prepare for the meeting
  • prepare meeting agenda
  • provide lead probability insights
  • recommend products
  • summarize activity

  • summarize opportunity
  • enrich opportunity

You can run these actions from any page, but we recommend running them from the page that provides context.

Creatio.ai responds to your requests using AI Agents, separate entities tailored for the best performance in a particular area of Creatio. Creatio.ai chooses an agent automatically based on your request, but you can invoke a specific agent using the "@" character in your prompt if needed.

To use Creatio.ai:

  1. Open the relevant section and record. For example, opportunity.
  2. Click the btn_ai.png in the top right. This opens the Creatio.ai chat.
  3. Enter your request in the chat in plain language. For example, "Prepare meeting agenda."

As a result, Creatio.ai will start processing your request. It might ask you for confirmation or further information where appropriate.
