Enrich account data

Creatio helps to maintain the completeness and relevance of the customer base using the data enrichment feature provided via "Enrich Account Data" Creatio AI Skill. Each use of the skill requires Creatio AI tokens.

Add the contact information of an account to Creatio from open sources in a few commands.

Important

Before you can use account data enrichment, configure the API key system setting required for your Creatio version. In Creatio 8.3.1 and later, system administrator must add the Gemini API key to the "Gemini API key" (GeminiApiKey code) system setting. In Creatio 8.3.0 and earlier, system administrator must add the Bing search API key to the "Bing search API key" (BingSearchApiKey code) system setting. Learn more about how to get your Bing search API key: official Microsoft documentation.

The AI Skill updates the details in the following fields if Creatio AI finds them online:

Account
Address
Full address
Address type
Also known as
Primary phone
Web

To enrich account data:

Open the Accounts section.
Open the page of the relevant account.
Click the button in the top right. This opens the Creatio AI sidebar.
Click Enrich Account Data at the top of the sidebar. Creatio AI will search the web and get back to you with a list of found companies.
Specify the company whose details to add to the account record in the Creatio AI message bar using normal language. You can ask Creatio AI to specify which fields it updated as well.

As a result, Creatio AI will populate account fields using information found online.
