userConnection: User connection.

contactId: Contact Id.

password: Password.

baseApplicationUrl: The URL string of the current application.

Creates a link to the page to register the user.

Syntax

public static System.string CreateRegistrationLink( 
   UserConnection userConnection,
   System.Guid contactId,
   System.string password,
   System.string baseApplicationUrl
)

Parameters

userConnection: User connection.
contactId: Contact Id.
password: Password.
baseApplicationUrl: The URL string of the current application.

Return Value

Creates a link to the page to register the user.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.Security.SecurityException	If the value of the “Registration links expiration term, days” system setting is not set or equal to 0. If the link information is not added to the database.

Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
