managerName
Name of the manager. If not defined, current manager instance will be provided by Terrasoft.Common.GeneralResourceStorage for any resource manager name.
manager
The manager. If it's not defined, NSubstitute.Substitute.For``1(System.Object[]) will be used to create new one.
